Recognised as one of the region’s most fascinating, figurative artists working today, Yazigi will be showing a broad range of new pieces, including colourful works on paper, paper bags and rice paper, alongside small-scale sculptures.
From 1-15 November, 2016, Fadi Yazigi is participating at the 7th International Sculpture Symposium organized by The Jordan National Gallery of Fine Arts.
Under the theme of “Land Art”, this year’s symposium takes place in Al Aqaba city, that lies on the red sea, so that artists can interact with the scenic nature and the sea.
“Tribune for Artists in Exile” at the Arab World Institute, Paris, France
Fadi Yazigi will be participating at a topical debate on October 7th, 2016 titled “Tribune for Artists in Exile”, which will be held at the Arab World Institute in Paris. The event is aimed at raising awareness about the current situation, exiled artists and cultural operators find themselves in, particularly amongst their French and European counterparts.

For this year's Art Paris Art Fair, Galerie Tanit (Beirut, Munich) will be presenting “Sourced From Mother Earth”, a solo show by Syrian artist Fadi Yazigi that includes the artist's latest bronze sculptures and reliefs on clay.
